Musical Sanctuary November

Join Musical Minister Kate Moody on Saturday, November 9 at 5:00 pm at Pioneer Ocean View UCC for an hour of deep relaxation and inner connection as she leads guided meditation interwoven with music and readings. The topic of the November 9 Musical Sanctuary is "Forgiveness." We know that forgiveness is a key to inner peace and healing, but just exactly how do we forgive? We will explore techniques for releasing resentment and grievances, while cultivating compassion and acceptance.
