  • Between now and Easter, the Elderberries are collecting items for Uptown Community Service Center. We would appreciate donations of shirts, shorts and underwear of any size. They can be gently used or new, and men's clothing is especially appreciated. Please place your items in the box marked “Uptown” in the narthex. Thank you!

  • Go Green! Drop off your clean, dry, used plastic yogurt and cottage cheese containers (16 oz. to 32 oz.) and help save the environment! Containers will be re-purposed as ‘to go” containers for the Voices of Our City Friday lunches and for Sunday lunch leftovers. Leave empty containers on the kitchen counter next to the refrigerator. If you have other ideas on how we can reduce our environmental impact at POVUCC, please let a Board of Ministries team member know. Thank you for your support!
