  • The UCC has chosen Pentecost Sunday, June 9th , which celebrates the birth of the church, to collect the Strengthen the Church Offering. This offering supports the expansion and growth of UCC local congregations, helping us to create a just world for all. It provides grants for new churches, equips pastors for ministry, provides services for our local churches, and supports new leadership, empowering the UCC to reach out to communities in need of God’s message of Love and Justice. 50% of your offering goes to our local conference, and 50% is sent to support the national work of strengthening the church. Rev. Dr. Rebecca Voelkel says, “Your support of our ministry emboldens, empowers and allows us to step out in faith.” Please consider joining us in planting the seeds needed to grow and sustain our denomination by making a gift to this special offering.
