  • The Tuesday bible study has resumed in the New Testament portion of the test entitled, The Story. They will meet each Tuesday from 3:30-4:30pm. This Tuesday, April 13 the group will cover Chapter 23: Jesus' Ministry Begins.

  • On Friday, April 2 we will observe Good Friday. Various options for personal reflection in your own space and time will be provided via email. This resource email will be provided in the coming week prior to the Partnership Maundy Thursday Service. Please be on the lookout for the resources as they become available. 

  •  Join our Partnership friends in a Live Worship Service commemorating Jesus giving his disciples the New Commandment, washing his disciple’s feet, observing the Last Supper, and walking through his Passion in this moving service of song, prayer, and communion on Thursday, April 1 at 6:30pm on Zoom. Please gather before the service your communion elements, a towel or hand cloth, and a bowl of water prior to the commencement of the service.

  • On Saturday, March 27, the Buddhist Temple of San Diego (BTSD) will host a drive thru bone marrow testing event from 10:00am to 3:00pm in the BTSD parking lot. BTSD is reaching out to churches and organizations across San Diego to ask for help in supporting the efforts of the bone marrow drive which will support the efforts of the national bone marrow registry and the "Be A Match" campaign. Specifically, they are supporting Mr. Paul Goodman, age 29, who is a member of the Orange County Buddhist Church, as well as other patients who are seeking positive bone marrow matches. Ideal candidates for the national bone marrow registry should be in the 18-44 years of age category. The event supports patients affected with blood cancer or blood related illness and are supported by Asians of Miracle Matches (A3M). A3M is the event sponsor and will administer the contactless cheek swab tests. The test takes approximately 15 minutes and is being held in accordance with CDC guidelines related to COVID-19.

  • The group has concluded the Old Testament portion of the weekly bible study. The Tuesday study will be on hiatus until after Easter when the group will resume in the New Testament portion of the The Story. The study will resume with Chapter 22: The Birth of a King on Tuesday, April 6 from 3:30-4:30pm.

  • In addition to our Easter Worship at 10:00am on Zoom, you are invited to join us on Easter morning, Sunday, April 4 for an Easter Sing & Pray Service on The Point at 8:30am. With continued Covid-19 protocols in place (facial masks covering nose and mouth, physical distancing, health screening, and checks), we will meet collectively on The Point to sing Easter songs, join in prayer, and celebrate the resurrection of our Savior. You are invited to bring your own flower for creation of the flower cross. Reservations are required through the Google Form link below (volunteers are contacting those without internet access). Capacity will be and those who RSVP will receive a confirmation email before the service. Those living in the same household can be seated together and should RSVP on the same form. We will not be able to accommodate those without a reservation, so please be sure to list everyone who plans to attend on your form.
